(Chairman and CEO: Hiroshi Mikitani) announces that the procedures for the transfer of all shares in O-net, Inc. to a new company which was established by Polaris Capital Group Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Yuji Kimura) was completed today, as announced in the press release “Announcement of Agreement Regarding Transfer of All Shares of O-net, Inc. held by Rakuten” dated November 28.
