The Rakuten Group offers two types of business positions: the Comprehensive Business Course, which offers the possibility of being assigned to all divisions/jobs across Rakuten, and role-specific courses, which assures initial assignment and job type.

Recruitment for Business Positions
Eligible Applicants
- Those who meet any of the following criteria
・Able to join us in October 2026. (expected to graduate from a domestic or overseas university or graduate school by September 30, 2026)
・Able to join us in April 2027. (expected to graduate from a domestic or overseas university or graduate school by March 31, 2027)
*New graduates and recent graduates are both eligible. Applicants with less than three years of work experience are accepted. - Applicants must have business-level or higher proficiency in Japanese.
Comprehensive Business Course
Comprehensive Business Course
Courses with the possibility of assignment to any of the divisions or positions at Rakuten.

Organization-/Job-Specific Courses
FinTech Course
This course offers a guaranteed initial assignment to the FinTech business.
Possible time of entry: April
Design Course
This course offers a guaranteed initial assignment to the Design/UX Positions.
*A portfolio must be submitted upon submission of the Application Form.

Marketing Course
This course offers a guaranteed initial assignment to the Marketing Division.
*You will be required to answer a separate questionnaire (written type) upon submission of the Application Form.
