(hereafter “the Company”) announces that the company has decided to change the effective date of a company split announced on December 7, 2017 in which part of the "Rakuten B2B" business conducted by the company (exhibition contracts with suppliers) will be succeeded to SynaBiz Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Aucfan Co., Ltd.

Since it was found that there was an error in the absorption company split gazette by SynaBiz Co., and Rakuten, inc. on February 9, 2018 and takes more time to finish legal procedures including reposting the absorption company split gazette.
