Rakuten Mobile to Offer 16GB and 64 GB model
of ASUS ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML)

Tokyo, June 15, 2015 - Fusion Communications Corporation, the telecommunications company of the Rakuten Group, today announced that it has added the 16GB and 64GB models of the ASUS Japan ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML) to its lineup and from today will begin accepting orders for these ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML) models and SIM card Rakuten Mobile sets.

In Japan, the 16GB model is exclusively available from Rakuten Mobile. Rakuten Mobile started offering 32GB model of The ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML) from April 2015, and by expanding its lineup of devices with 16GB and 64GB models of the ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML), Rakuten Mobile now meets the needs of a wide variety of users, from those looking to use the ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML) at a low cost, to users looking to take lots of phots, video and data with them on the move. Rakuten Mobile is the only company offering the full lineup of storage variations of the ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML) in Japan.

The ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML) is high spec smartphone equipped with a quad-core CPU and 2GB or 4GB of main memory. This allows it to handle all manner of operations, including viewing full-HD videos, playing games and browsing the web, as well as multitasking easily and stress-free. The ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML) is the world’s first smartphone to come equipped 4GB of main memory.
