Rakuten Mobile Opens Application/Consultation
Counter at Rakuten Eagles Goods Shop in Sendai

Tokyo, March 20, 2015 - Fusion Communications Corporation, the telecommunications company of the Rakuten Group, today announced that it has established an application/consultation counter in the Sendai Station East Exit branch of the Rakuten Eagles Goods Shop in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. Customers will be able to apply for contracts at the counter from March 21.

For customers wishing to receive an explanation about the service directly from staff before signing a contract, Rakuten Mobile set up a Rakuten Mobile application/consultation counter at the Rakuten CAFE located in Shibuya, Tokyo, on December 5, 2014, as a physical location where customers could make applications in person. The counter at Rakuten CAFE attracted people from far and wide, so Rakuten Mobile has decided to establish application/consultation counters across Japan in order to further meet the needs of its customers. The first new application/consultation counter has been opened in the Rakuten Eagles Goods Shop in Sendai, the home of the Rakuten Eagles.
