Tokyo Broadcasting Systems, Inc. (TBS) and Rakuten, Inc. have agreed that both companies will re-extend their discussions on the realization of "Convergence of broadcasting and the Internet" until the end of July 2006. Unless one of the parties provides any specific notice to the counterparty at the end of the discussion time, it will automatically be extended by an additional month.
