On September 20, 2005, Kokunai Shinpan Co., Ltd. held a shareholders' meeting and voted upon and agreed to change the name of the company. Effective October 1, 2005, the new company name will be Rakuten KC Co., Ltd. (For full release, please refer to Japanese IR release.)
