TK BUILDING CO., LTD. Becomes Subsidiary of Rakuten
On January 22, 2005, Rakuten, Inc. announced that the board of directors convened a meeting and passed a resolution to make TK BUILDING CO., LTD. into a wholly owned subsidiary of Rakuten.
