・Scope of Change
All assignments and duties as stipulated by the company based on the letter of appointment etc.
(Employees may be transferred in accordance with the secondment rules, and in such cases, duties will be assigned by the seconded company.)

Work Location

・Immediately after hiring
Head Office in Tokyo (Rakuten Crimson House, 1-14-1, Tamagawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo) or other branches


・Scope of Change
There is a possibility of being transferred to other locations throughout Japan and overseas.

*In cases where work from home (WFH) is permitted, employees can work from locations approved by the company.

*Smoking indoors at Rakuten Crimson House is prohibited as part of passive smoking countermeasures.
(This may vary depending on working location.)

Working Hours

Standard work hours: 9:00-17:30
Fixed working hours are 7.5 hours with a 1-hour break.

*Work hours on days with a Rakuten Group morning meeting are from 8:00-16:30.

*The discretionary labor system may be applied to professional work and management-related work.

*Some departments may offer flextime.
Core hours: 11:00-15:00 (8:00-12:00 on days when morning meetings are held)

Days off / 2 days off per week (Saturday, Sunday), national holidays, New Year’s holiday
Vacation / Summer vacation, annual paid vacation, special leave, etc.

Salary

[New graduate] Undergraduate: 350,000 yen (monthly salary);
Graduate: 360,000 yen (monthly salary)
Includes a fixed overtime pay of 40 hours per month.
Additional payment is available for overtime work that exceeds 40 hours per month.
(Example breakdown of 350,000 yen (monthly salary): base salary 265,823 yen + fixed overtime of 84,177 yen for 40 hours)

Pay Raise

Employees are evaluated in June and December with bonuses based on company performance and individual evaluations.
