Rakuma Opens New Customer Support Center in Niigata Prefecture

June 11, 2018, Rakuten's flea market app "Rakuma" held an opening ceremony for its customer support center in Niigata prefecture.
The ceremony was attended by the Vice Governor of Niigata prefecture and Mayor of Niigata city.
