Rakuten Marketing Fests Bring CHW Companies Together

The Rakuten Group used to hold its weekly all-company "Asakai" meetings at the same time around the world, but from July 2017 this format changed to regional-based Asakais in order to achieve better information sharing within each region. At Rakuten Crimson House West in San Mateo, USA, aside from just the regional Asakai, regular events known as "fests" are being held to bring employees from different companies closer together. In this report, hear from Rakuten Marketing on why they took action to launch the fests and what effect they've had.
