Up until now, users who have entered into multiple policies with Rakuten Life Insurance, Rakuten General Insurance and Rakuten Pet Insurance have had to contact each company separately when making inquiries or requests such as change of address.
Now with Rakuten Insurance General Information Center, Rakuten members can purchase and inquire about insurance plans from the three companies at one stop.
