Rakuten Opens New Tech Hub in Dalian

On May 8, Rakuten opened a new office in Dalian, China with the aim of making it the global innovation center of the Rakuten Group in China. The opening ceremony was honored by the attendance of key representatives from Rakuten, Rakuten's partners in China, as well as the Chinese government.
