Rakuten Kobo Turns a New Page in eReading in Taiwan

In September 2016, Rakuten Kobo held an event for media and publishers to mark its service launch in Taiwan. While Taiwan's publishing business is a booming one, surprisingly the eBook business has still not taken off there. To take advantage of the less crowded market and also the strengths of the Rakuten Ecosystem in Taiwan, Rakuten Kobo worked hand-in-hand with Taiwanese publishers to launch its service in Taiwan.
