Introducing Rakuten Group's Quality Control Circle

This year marks the fifth year since Rakuten's Quality Control Circle (QCC) was launched in 2016. QCC is a bottom-up Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiative through which employees take the lead in solving problems on site and in the workplace. But they don't stop there! These days, QCC activities are also used to tackle advanced themes such as addressing cross-organizational issues and even solving problems on a national scale. In this video, we look back on the history of QCC activities, including recent efforts concerned with Rakuten's mass vaccination project.
