Rakuten Promotes Joint Vaccination Measures with Kobe and Hyogo for Younger Generation

Rakuten, Hyogo Prefecture and Kobe City held a joint press conference to announce a number of measures for increasing the vaccination rate among the younger generation in Japan. These three parties are working together to present Kobe as a model example of industry, government, and academia cooperation in seeking to accelerate efforts to overcome the coronavirus pandemic and revitalize the Japanese economy.
