Rakuten’s Sendai Vaccination Operation Overcomes New Challenges

Rakuten recently began offering workplace vaccinations at Rakuten Seimei Park Miyagi for employees and associates of Rakuten and their families, as well as essential workers such as firefighters, and various businesses and organizations from within Sendai City. Check out the video to see how the project team worked to overcome three new challenges, namely operating from an outdoor venue, dealing with fierce heat and establishing a drive-through vaccination operation for the first time.
