The importance of "small talk" between colleagues is becoming more appreciated than ever under the pandemic. This time on RNN, we introduce some new tools developed by the Rakuten People and Culture Lab, aimed at enhancing casual communication within work teams! From footage of huddles utilizing RakuChat, an online tool that presents theme-based questions, to interviews with users and one of the developers, this video is filled with hints for creating an environment to help us better understand our co-workers and express our thoughts through fun conversation!
