Rakuten's New Graduate Training Goes Fully Remote

In 2020, the training format for Rakuten's new graduate employees is completely different to previous years, with all trainees taking part without stepping outside of their homes, as a preventive measure against coronavirus infection. In this report, we show how the 750 new grads have experienced this fully remote training, through real-time lectures and discussions.
