Rakuten Travel Collaborates to Empower Hotels

Rakuten Travel and Rakuten Communications are working together to promote sales and operations of the new service “Anshin Stay IoT." By introducing this service, hotels and rental properties can fully automate their check-ins and reduce operational workload by as much as two-thirds.* As hotels continue to face the challenging situation presented by serious staff shortages and the impact of the coronavirus, Anshin Stay IoT is being used as one method to empower hotel operations.
