"One Delivery" is a core strategy for Rakuten in 2019. It demonstrates the company's commitment to solving issues in the logistics industry such as increasing customer redeliveries, staff shortages and rising shipping costs.
RNN introduces a merchant that has enhanced its delivery operations with the help of Rakuten Super Logistics. Baseball goods store "BASEBALLTOWN," run by B.B.T. Co., Ltd., joined Rakuten Ichiba in 2004. We spoke to its Representative Director Kenta Kumagai and store manager Naoto Yamada.
