Leaders Unite as "One Rakuten" to Climb Mt. Tanigawa

September 18-20, 2018, Rakuten Group executives once again brave the challenging Mt. Tanigawa climb this year as finale of the Leadership Summit.
The objective of this annual exercise is to foster a "Get Things Done" attitude and strengthen a "One Rakuten" spirit among the Rakuten Group leaders. Mt. Tanigawa is located on the border of Gunma and Niigata prefectures in central Japan. The climb up to its 1,900m peak is known for being particularly steep and challenging.
