This was the third time to hold the annual Smile Summer Days celebration, which is organized to encourage employees of different departments and nationalities to mix together while enjoying traditional Japanese summer culture like the Tanabata festival. On Yukata Day, Rakuten Crimson House was full of smiling employees wearing these casual summer kimonos.
