Rakuten's Global Human Resources Department holds an annual seminar to provide support and ensure a smooth return to work for staff on maternity and childcare leave. This year, around 100 parents attended, including employees and their partners, as well as many cute babies! In this report, we introduce what kind of support is offered to help parents manage both work and childrearing duties, and interview some of the attending moms and dads!
