As Rakuten celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2017, it was a year for expressing gratitude towards clients and customers.
It was also a year of new challenges. Rakuten strove to strengthen its brand power, pushed forward new training programs to develop talent, and launched new initiatives to facilitate synergy. It also focused on initiatives in FinTech and new service development.
