On August 1, 2017, Rakuten Card's members-only Rakuten Card Lounge opened in Waikiki, Hawaii, which also includes a Rakuten Travel Desk. The lounge is located just off Waikiki's main street Kalakaua Avenue, within the popular duty-free shopping mall T Galleria by DFS, Hawaii. Simply by showing their Rakuten Card, visitors can access a range of services, such as free luggage storage, free baby stroller rental and special coupons exclusive to Rakuten. Meanwhile, at the Rakuten Travel Desk, you can find and book the best optional tours, restaurants and spas during your stay.
