20th Anniversary: Sharing Happiness with Rakuten Ichiba Customers

Rakuten Ichiba marked its 20th anniversary in 2017, having launched its service in May 1997. Over these 20 years, what has it come to mean for its customers? RNN visited one of these customers living in Aomori Prefecture in northern Japan to find out. Through making this video, showing an up-close view of a customer that Rakuten staff usually wouldn't get the chance to see, we could get a sense of the customer's story.
