Rakuten Mobile Digitally Transforms Community with Rental Service

Did you know Rakuten Mobile supports smartphone rental activities in regional communities? Its joint program with Bizen City in Okayama Prefecture has already had over 1,600 applications for devices, with citizens over the age of 60 accounting for around half.
