"Rewarding Season" Builds Connections Across Rakuten International

From summer 2023, a new concept of "Rewarding Season" was introduced for employees of businesses across the Rakuten International region. Throughout this season, various localized initiatives were held inside and outside offices, with the aim of tapping into how rewarding and collaborative Rakuten culture can be. Over 40 events across 17 countries included volunteering at local food banks and schools, sports-themed and community-empowering team-building activities, and the ever-popular Pin-Seekers Golf Tournament, now expanded globally!
