Tech Leaders Re-connect at Global CTO Summit 2023

Rakuten tech leaders from around the world gathered in Japan for the first Global CTO Summit for four years, with a theme of "Re-Connect & Grow." This time, there were two main focus areas of AI and cloud strategy, as well as two venues of Rakuten Crimson House in Tokyo and Nagaoka City in Niigata Prefecture.
