Smile Summer Days Makes a Return to the Office

Smile Summer Days 2023, a Rakuten summer tradition, once again took place in select offices in Japan for the first time in four years! On July 7, employees were encouraged to come to work in yukatas (casual summer kimonos) to enjoy the day working and eating lunch with team members in a special way.
