Employee-led Diversity Efforts Shine at Summit

This past summer, leaders in Rakuten’s diversity and inclusion space gathered to share advice on effectively managing team members through accountability, hear findings on diversity in leadership and its direct relationship with innovation, and discuss their expectations of an inclusive workplace, among other things. After the summit, participants spoke with RNN, offering insights into their motivation such as personal values like being a role model for their children.
