Rakathon 2023 Unites Rakuten Internationally

In mid-2023, hacking fever overtook a host of Rakuten businesses for the biggest ever international Rakathon contest. Under a theme of “Unite. Create. Impact.”, over 300 participants from six businesses united across 60 teams to create innovations aimed at generating real impact for Rakuten. Offices across ten countries were represented as hackers gathered to brainstorm and socialize in person, as well as virtually.
