Rakuten and Hyogo Prefecture Enter into Comprehensive Partnership Agreement

Rakuten and Hyogo Prefecture announced the signing of a comprehensive partnership agreement. Hyogo Prefectural Governor Motohiko Saito and Rakuten Group Executive Vice President Kazunori Takeda attended the press conference held at Noevir Stadium Kobe and revealed plans for collaboration, including a new "community empowerment through sports" initiative. This new agreement is the 46th of its kind entered between Rakuten and local governments to continue empowering local communities across Japan.
