Rakuten Launches Open RAN Customer Experience Center in UK

Rakuten Mobile, Rakuten Symphony, and Rakuten Symphony UK have launched the Rakuten Open RAN Customer Experience Center in the UK. The new Center underlines the commitment by the Japan and the UK governments to increase telecommunications supplier diversity. This new center aims to increase the adoption of Open RAN technology by providing a touchpoint for education, interoperability testing, and innovation. It will serve as a hub for interoperability testing in new and existing networks, while hosting workshops and events to demonstrate the latest Open RAN developments.
