Rakuten Launches Regular UGV Delivery Service in Tsukuba City

Rakuten Group has begun offering a regular UGV (unmanned ground vehicle) delivery service within Tsukuba City in Ibaraki Prefecture, east of Tokyo. Deliveries include orders from Seiyu supermarket and Starbucks. This new service is unique in that it offers regular delivery at nighttime and in rainy conditions.
