Dramatic Evolution of AI-powered VoC Analyzer

Rakuten Group’s Marketing Division has developed VoC Analyzer, an automated data visualization tool, to efficiently sort “voice of customer” (VoC) feedback from users of various services. At Rakuten Link, for example, VoC Analyzer has automated the previously manual process of inspecting and categorizing user comments resulting in a reduction of workhours by 89.3%.
