Rakuten Socio Business and Corporate IT Team Develop RPA to Improve Group Productivity

Engineers with hearing impairments and their colleagues with various disabilities at Rakuten Socio Business have realized a new technology that enables engineers with visual impairments to take part in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development. Here, we investigate their success in developing this new technology which was believed to be difficult to achieve.
