Rakuten Kobo Launches Kobo Libra H2O

Rakuten Kobo launched its latest device Kobo Libra H2O from September 4 at multiple media launch events across Rakuten Kobo's largest markets. At the media events, the industry's most renowned publications were able to test the new device for themselves as well as get a taste of a newly launched "Reader in Residence" program which allows vacationers to enjoy the device while staying at a number of hotel destinations across Canada and Europe.
The new Kobo Libra H2O features ergonomic one-handed page-turn buttons, waterproofing technology, a state-of-the-art glare-free screen and convertible SleepCovers as well as seamless integration with Rakuten OverDrive, allowing for one-touch borrowing from applicable public libraries. Together with the device launch, an update was made to enhance eBook navigation across Rakuten Kobo's entire family of devices to allow users easier navigation within an eBook while reading. The Kobo Libra H2O is available in two colors and can be purchased online and in selected stores from September 17.
