Rakuten Parents Get Prepared for Life Back at Work

The number of employees at Rakuten taking maternity or childcare leave is rising each year, and 96% of those who take this time off return to work afterwards. To help make the transition as smooth as possible and ease the potential anxiety of returning parents, the Global Human Resources Department hosts a Before-Returning-to-Work Seminar. The partners of the employees on leave are also invited to join the event, with the aim of informing everyone about the various support provided by the company, while contributing towards a supportive environment at home.
