All About the Rakuten IT School: View from the Classroom

The Rakuten IT School is a place where high school students can get a taste of the world of online sales together with Rakuten employees and merchants.
For eight days spread over a period of around one year, Rakuten staff become teachers as they visit schools around Japan.
Through communicating the possibilities of the internet, and the enjoyment, as well as the toughness, of business, this initiative aims to foster a spirit of entrepreneurship and community awareness in the young participants.
