Around 100 Rakuten executives worldwide met for the Executive Officer’s Camp, held over five days from September 7 through 11, 2015. Discussions were held for the first three days at Rakuten Crimson House in Tokyo. The last two days were then spent climbing Mt. Tanigawa, a customary event at these camps. At a height of 1,900 meters, and will steep rock faces and complex terrain, the mountain is very difficult to climb, but the executives encouraged each other as they set out for the summit.
