- The scope of our work includes:
- Generate customer insight from user research and data analysis to solve UI and UX issues for the Rakuten Ecosystem and its products and services.
- Concept planning and visual design for online and offline customer touchpoints related to the corporate brand.
- Formulate guidelines and design systems in the UX and design fields, and support their implementation in each service. *Your assignment will be determined based on your aspirations and aptitude, through interviews and other processes. Moreover, mechanisms such as job rotation make it possible for you to formulate a career plan that suits you.

Head Office in Tokyo (Rakuten Crimson House, 1-14-1, Tamagawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo) or other branches

There is a possibility of being transferred to other locations throughout Japan and overseas.
*In cases where work from home (WFH) is permitted, employees can work from locations approved by the company.
*Smoking indoors at Rakuten Crimson House is prohibited as part of passive smoking countermeasures.

Working Hours
Standard work hours: 9:00-17:30
Fixed working hours are 7.5 hours with a 1-hour break.
*Work hours on days with a Rakuten Group morning meeting are from 8:00-16:30.
*The discretionary labor system may be applied to professional work and management-related work.
*Some departments may offer flextime.
Core hours: 11:00-15:00 (8:00-12:00 on days when morning
meetings are held)

Salary
[New graduate (General Business Track)] Undergraduate: 300,000 yen (monthly salary); Graduate: 310,000
