On April 18, 2005, Rakuten, Inc. held an extraordinary board meeting and voted upon and agreed to make Ynot Inc. into a 100% subsidiary of our company. It was announced that the merger would take place on June 1, 2005. (For full release, please refer to Japanese IR release.)
