Brand New Item(s): In case of defective or incorrect item(s), we will exchange or refund any
items within 7 days of their delivery. The product must be in the same
condition in which it was received without cutting, tearing, damage and
opened to the outer and inside package
Used/Pre-owned item(s): If the item is in "as sold" condition for any reason, we will accept request of return and refund with 20% inspection/restocking fee. "as sold" condition means item(s) is still sealed and keep quality when you buy it.
Please understand that used/pre-owned items are obtained through private sources. So we cannot return them anywhere after we received returned item(s).
Regardless item condition, return shipping costs to Japan are the responsibility of the buyer. Multiple-item purchases with missing products will only be partially refunded for the value of the apparent item(s). Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after receipt of the returned item(s). If you received damaged item(s)using insured mail, please take actions below.
1) Please claim for damaged item(s) to your local post office immediately first.
2) Please submit the "damage report" to your local post office. You can get the paper of damage report at your local post office and fill in blanks on the paper.
3) After you submit it, your local post office will transfer your damage report to Japan Post.
4) Please inform us when you complete to claim to local post office.
5) Japan Post contact us about your claim. We request compensation to Japan Post. After that, we will be able to refund you.
