退換貨處理原則

-Returned items have to be in an original condition for a full refund.

-In situations where the item is returned in a different condition or the item isn't within the return requirements, we may unable to refund fully.

-Please contact us first if any problem occurs, for installing, for exchange, for return and so on, we will work for best solution.

-If any defective is found, please report us within 3 days after receiving itemswith the picture of defected part. After our confirmation, please follow our instructions.

-Initial failure is acceptable for 7days from receiving. Please contact us with picture and details and follow our instructions.

-Replacements will be sent out once the package arrives to our warehouse.

-We will inspect the item to be sure it meets the item condition policy for returns before refunding.

-If returning an item for any other reason, including deciding not to purchase the item after all, we will charge the returning shipping fee and we also keep the original shipping charge.

-New items must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
