Shirohato was established in Kyoto 1965.
In 1995, we expanded and opened up an online store.
We have also opened online shops on sites such as Yahoo, Qoo10, Dena, Tmall, and expanded business overseas.

退換貨處理原則

About defective

We always inspect our items for quality but, if by any chance an item is defective we will send a non-defective product for free. (We will pay for shipping.)
Please contact us in advance at shirohato@shop.rakuten.co.jp.
After the arrival of the product, please return within 7 days with the tag still attached. We will replace it with the same product.
※ If the items are lost or destroyed, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges. Please be careful.

About exchanged or returned goods

In the case of exchanging goods, the returned goods should be returned within 7 days after arriving. (Note, in this case, shipping will be paid for by the customer.)

When returning the goods, please contact us in advance at shirohato@shop.rakuten.co.jp.
