About Shipping fee
1. Please choose EMS or E-packet when you check-out. Both of them are Post Office services.
2. Shipping fee will not be shown when you place an order, as the fee is different based on a reciever's country and wieght.
3. Weight includes Item weight, packing material, and a carton box weight. A carton box weight will depend on the number of items you buy.
We recoomend E-pack if you can wait longer, buy less than 6000JPY, and a package is less than 2kg.
FAQ
1. Shipping fee is not included when I check-out. How do I know the shipping fee?
If your package is less than 500g, we will ship the package as soon as we prepare for it.
For 500g pacakge shipping fee, please check above fee-table.
If your package is more than 500g, we will inform shipping fee via e-mail.
2. Shipping fee estimation is higher than total weight of items. Why is that?
We need to pack items by packing materials and put them into a carton box, in order to send items to you.
A carton box weight is around 120g. The more items you buy, the heavier the carton box. Please add 120g to 200g, when you estimate shipping fee using above tables.
3. How do you charge a shipping fee?
We will add shipping fee to item price, and charge them togheter to your credit card.
4. How long does it take to ship items?
We usually ship a package within 3 days. But, if you order many items, or if some items are needed to get from a supplier, it takes around 1 week.
5. How long does it take from Japan to my country?
By EMS, it is 3 to 4days. By E-packet, it is around 1 week. If Custom of your country is busy, it takes more time.
6. How can I add items, after placing an order?
Please place an order and inform us order numbers. We will combine orders into 1, and send them together.

E-packet Shipping Fee Table
E-packet Condition
1. Mximum weight is 2kg. Over 2kg, we will use EMS, or ask us to separate packages into 2.
2. Insurance of E-packet covers up to 6000JPY value. Even though you can still choose E-packet for over 6000JPY value
package, we only pay you back up to 6000JPY, if a package is lost or damaged. An accident sometimes happens. Therefore, if you buy over 6000JPY items, we will recommend to use EMS.
3. Delivery duration is usually 1 week. However, it sometimes take 2 or more weeks. If you are in hurry, please choose EMS.
4. E-packet also offer tracking services. To Australia and Canada, you can not track packages, but you can still choose E-packet to save some money.
