We ship can parcels to overseas customer by EMS. We do not use Rakuten International Small Packet because they don’t provide insurance for the package when there is an accident.
Imoprtant: After placing your order you will receive a notification E-mail of your purchase. Our customer service team will then send you another E-mail indicating your total purchase price of shipping fee and taking out the Japanese tax . Please send us a reply to confirm your order information (shipping address, your payment method, amount, international shipping fee and so on), and with your E-mail confirmation, we then start the process to ship your product.

EMS Insurance
EMS has a reparations system for loss, theft, and damaged deliveries. In case of damage or loss of package, the actual damage cost will be compensated.EMS policy states customers package which exceeds the value of 20,000JPY (approximately $200), will be required to pay 50JPY (approximately $0.50) as a processing fee. If the package value is under 20,000JPY, then you are not required to pay for the fee, but please note for every 20,000JPY value, a customer is required to pay additional 50JPY.

When the price of items exceeds \20000 JPY, we recommend you to pay more insured value according to the price of contents items.The compensation to the price of contents items up to \20000JPY is included in the EMS charge.
“Payment Amount” = Product price total + shipping fee Upon confirming your order, we will send you a link to make a payment via Alipay’s secure payment page.
