We do not accept refund, exchange and cancellation in any case for international shipping services.
We do not accept cancellation and change of advance order. We also do not accept change and cancellation, when we hold the shipment as customer’s request.
Please check item’s size, colors, design and so on before ordering.
[Regarding defective product]
If the product has a defect, please inform us in 10 days or less from our shipment by e-mail and so on. And please add the photos of defective part at the e-mail to us or please show us the photos by cloud.
We never can accept the defective item after this period.
Damage of product may sometimes happen by delivery accident.
If you find it, please refer to the procedure as follows:
(1) Please keep the delivery bag or delivery box and other packaging materials well. Please never throw them away.
(2) Please contact us about damage of product and send us the picture of them(product and packaging materials).
(3) Please contact Post Office and submit the Damage Report to them.
We submit the Damage Report to Japanese Post office at the same time.
